  7. After updating the profile, it will be possible to add payment methods from other countries .

A new Google Payments profile is created and linked to the country. The Google Play Store will change automatically, but it may take up to 24 hours for the change to take effect with pricing in the new local currency.

Your Google Play Store balance will always be linked to the country you selected in the app. If you have a balance in Previous Country and change the country, you will not be able to use that balance (vouchers, promotions, etc.) in the new country. Your balance will still be linked to the old one. The good news is that if you return to your old country, you can use it again.
